September and October 2019 brought us on an unexpected adventure to America and Brazil.
Iris Globals’ main office is located in Redding, California, and with dreams and goals to see our media team grow, we spent a few weeks in America brainstorming. This time was incredible and valuable, we are so excited to improve our skills and also set goals for the future.
One of our greatest aspirations is to see more media generated from different bases located all around the globe.
We have over 69 bases in 36 nations, with so many untold stories and unknown hero’s.
People that have given their lives to serving the poor, the neglected and the marginalized.
One of our first opportunities at doing this was Brazil. While in America, our friend and leader of Iris, Will Hart approached us, asking if we would be willing to go to Brazil to capture media content for some of our Iris bases there. We prayed and instantly felt like we were meant to go.
So our 2 week trip took us to Iris Fortaleza and Iris Jardim Gramacho. We will share more about these bases in the future, but for now here is a sample of one of the videos from the Fortaleza base.
We plan to upload a mini-documentary series in the future – highlighting these different bases.
