WOMEN’S CONFERENCE

Life has been extremely productive and flat-out here in Pemba. No day looks the same, from producing a video at our farm in Meizi one day to filming and playing with the babies in our children center the next.
There is never a dull moment!

The last few months we have finally had time to sit on our computers and start the editing process on many projects. The other months we have been on our toes moving in different departments capturing stories, building relationships and media content.

Although we haven’t had much time to update our own personal blog to you all, we definitely have been anything but quiet, and finally, can start showing you some of the projects and share the stories!

First, is this video that I have been so eager to share with you all on our Woman Conference.

This was an incredible experience where women of Mozambique are empowered, blessed and encouraged! It’s so powerful seeing them become more confident, full of life and joy! This was the 5th year they have run and every year gets better and better.

These women are NOT poor, but rich in life and love.
They are NOT victims, but victorious and more than conquers.
They are powerful members of their communities with much to offer and teach. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by their wisdom and friendship.
